He was involved in handling projects related to energy conservation for the Ostrava-Fifejdy Hospital and the construction of the Pumptrack sports ground in the village of Staříč. He specializes in the operational programmes OPPIK, IROP and OPZ. Has experience with project management, conducting feasibility studies, business plans, CBA, financial analyses and more.

Ing. Lenka Kubátová

12 years of experience in the field of grants. Manager of the largest non-investment project in the history of the Moravian-Silesian Region. A certified project manager (IPMA Level C®, Certified Project Manager) since 2012. Specializes in the OPPI, OPLZZ, OPŽP, ROP and IOP programmes and project administration. Devises business plans, feasibility studies, CBA, financial and economic analyses and prognoses. Experience with OPPIK (energy conservation projects, technology, IT), OPZ (employee training in companies) and IROP (projects in the social dimension). From 2005–2007 she was the Leader of the Department of Economic Development, Municipality of Frýdek-Místek

Our Projects

Name of project: Student parliament as an effective  effective device for developing competences for democratic culture

Number of project: CZ.02.3.68/0.0/0.0/16_032/0008253

The target of the project is through a functioning student parliament to develop competences for democratic culture. Educational programs will be created for primary and secondary school teachers, primary and secondary school students and their subsequent pilot verification in practice. The target group are representatives of cooperating subjects -  12 participating schools.

The project will create 6 educational programs, each program includes e-learning.

Educational programs:

1. Implementation of the pupil / student parliament in school life - the module is designed for teachers and head teachers at schools to obtain basic information on the functioning of the school parliament.
2. Module for pupils' parliamentary coordinators at primary school - module for the teacher who wants to become pupil's parliamentary coordinator.
3. Module for student parliament coordinators at secondary school - module for a teacher who wants to become a student parliament coordinator.
4. The pupil parliament as a device for the development of competencies of a pro-democratic culture - a module designed specifically for primary school pupils who become members of the parliament or who wish to learn about its functioning.
5. Student parliament as a device for development of competences of pro-democratic culture - module intended for secondary school students who become members of parliament or who are interested in learning about its functioning.
6. Democratic education for pupils with special educational needs - module for primary school pupils adapted to their special educational needs.
