We helped the customer address cybersecurity deficiencies so that they could meet legislative requirements and protect their cybersecurity without facing sanctions from NÚKIB.
However, sanctions are not just about money.
The law also provides for harsher consequences: financial penalties, suspension of certification, or temporary prohibition from serving as a member of a statutory body.
Please note.
These harshest penalties apply to the higher obligations regime.
And that is exactly where more and more organizations are heading today.

Cybersecurity is not about filling out paperwork for an audit.
It's about being prepared before someone knocks on your door.
