Printing is where our story began and where our deepest expertise lies. Today, we are recognised as one of the leading specialists in Central Europe. In the field of alternative and remanufactured printer cartridges, we are the largest manufacturer in the Czech Republic.
However, we now see printing as much more than devices or consumables. We design and manage comprehensive, tailor-made print environments – from initial analysis, security, monitoring and optimisation to service and printer fleet leasing.
By combining automation with modern technologies, we help customers gain greater control over their print infrastructure, simplify management and optimise costs.
ICT Solutions: Technology That Works in Practice
Information technology represents another key pillar of our group. Our goal is not simply to deliver hardware or software – we create functional solutions that address the real needs of our customers.
We specialise in designing and implementing IT infrastructure, network solutions, monitoring systems and cybersecurity services.
We also have extensive experience in the education sector, supporting schools across the Czech Republic and Slovakia in modernising their technological environments – from designing specialised classrooms and implementing solutions to complete grant and funding management.
This allows us to guide our customers through the entire journey – from the initial idea to a fully functional, sustainable, long-term solution.
Digitalisation and Process Automation
Since 2013, we have been helping organisations move away from paper-based and manual processes towards more efficient digital operations.
Our solutions cover the entire lifecycle of documents and data – from digitalisation, data extraction and validation to automated workflows that save time, reduce errors and simplify everyday work.
In 2023, we took this area to the next level by expanding our services for Canon’s international customers. Building on the high standards of a global brand, we continue to develop services that help companies work with their data more effectively.

Our processes comply with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001. For customers with the highest requirements for security, control and service transparency, we also provide SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II reports.
In the area of sustainability and responsible business, we continue to take further steps, including aligning our processes with ESG principles and the European CSRD framework.

Environment
None of us should be indifferent to the environment we live in and that our children will live in. One of the ways we can show responsibility towards the environment is by determining what products we buy and how we treat them when they wear out.
That is why we provide:
- Collection and buying of empty toner cartridges
- Sorting of individual parts
- Ecological disposal of cartridges and their parts
Ecological disposal
While it is already common practice to deliver printers and other electronic devices to waste collection points, this is still usually not the case for cartridges. We offer to purchase used cartridges from companies who exclusively buy original cartridges, which we then recycle or dispose of ecologically.
Recycling and purchase of empty cartridges
Another way to significantly help environmental protection is to buy refurbished cartridges. All cartridges are recyclable, only the parts that could no longer guarantee 100% printing quality are replaced during the refurbishment. Every cartridge can
