What we do

Holding Z+M Group is one of the strongest players in the field of complex printing solutions in both the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Our subsidiaries have been active on the market since the year 2000. That is why we have invaluable experience, a stable position in the market and a wide network of partner companies, thanks to which we are an independent provider of efficient solutions.

Our company has developed dynamically since its foundation and we currently employ almost 950 people. More than ¾ of those are workers with disabilities.

The company headquarters, including all production and warehouses, is located in Ostrava. In order to ensure adequate support and service for all customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we have branch offices in Praha, Brno, Čadca, Košice and Bratislava. Subsidiaries of Z+M GROUP can also be found in Germany, Poland and Austria.

What we offer

In the past, we have only specialized in the production of compatible and refurbished cartridges. We have broad experience in this area and we are constantly expanding it. Today we are one of the largest producers in the country.

As time went by, we started to offer our customers other services related to service security of printers and supply of printing devices. We would like to expand this area further, and this is why our main goal is comprehensive care in the field of printing environments. The independence of Z+M GROUP is a great advantage for our customers. Our offers do not depend on the products of one brand, our suppliers are all big players on the market. That is why we can find a truly optimal solution, be it for a small office or a big corporation.

We can provide printing solutions exactly according to your wishes – we will offer you to lease the devices, borrow them to you at no cost or sell them to you. We will ensure a comprehensive service, from paper and cartridge supply, through device maintenance, all the way to shredding or storage of the documents.

We also offer software products for the management and monitoring of printing, IT equipment such as PC stations, laptops, servers and also paper.

The order of our products and services can also be realized in the facultative compensation mode in accordance with Act No. 435/2004 Coll. on Employment through our company, each time based on a mutual agreement.

We hold many certificates that guarantee a high quality of offered services and products.

The ISO 9001 standard specifies requirements for a management system that relates to the refurbishment, production and sale of toner and ink cartridges for printing and copying devices and the sale, lease and service of printing and copying devices.

Environment

None of us should be indifferent to the environment we live in and that our children will live in. One of the ways we can show responsibility towards the environment is by determining what products we buy and how we treat them when they wear out.

That is why we provide:

Collection and buying of empty toner cartridges
Sorting of individual parts
Ecological disposal of cartridges and their parts

Ecological disposal

While it is already common practice to deliver printers and other electronic devices to waste collection points, this is still usually not the case for cartridges. We offer to purchase used cartridges from companies who exclusively buy original cartridges, which we then recycle or dispose of ecologically.

Recycling and purchase of empty cartridges

Another way to significantly help environmental protection is to buy refurbished cartridges. All cartridges are recyclable, only the parts that could no longer guarantee 100% printing quality are replaced during the refurbishment. Every cartridge can therefore be used many times, which significantly decreases the need for finances and material for their production and disposal.

By providing empty cartridges and buying compatible cartridges, you are considerably helping with environmental protection.
