We wanted to create a place where you can find concrete ways to eliminate routine administrative tasks and start working effectively with the data you already have in your company.
On the website, we show you practical solutions for:

- management of contracts, invoices, orders, and other business tasks
- integrating processes without having to overhaul your entire IT system
Our goal was to make digitalization accessible so that it is understandable not only to IT specialists, but especially to business professionals.
For those who deal with time, costs, accountability, and oversight of business processes every day. That’s why we also focused on concrete numbers.
From our project experience, we know that automated data extraction can speed up invoice processing by an average of 42%. What does that mean in practice?!
With a volume of 1,000 invoices per month, manual processing represents approximately 100 hours of work.
Automated processing takes roughly 58 hours.
The difference is 42 hours per month.
That’s an entire workweek for one person. And we’re only counting direct processing time—excluding follow-ups, corrections, reminders, and unnecessary delays.
