At Z + M GROUP, we help customers reduce the volume of printed documents, simplify archive management, and convert physical documentation into digital form.

But our work doesn’t have to end there.

Every archive is unique. In some cases, it involves standard accounting, HR, or contract documents. In others, it involves technical documentation, drawings, or large-format materials that a company needs to process securely and then decide what to do with their physical copies.

That’s why we’re able to offer our customers not only the digitization itself, but also subsequent archiving or certified shredding of documents that no longer need to be kept in paper form.

In the past, for example, we handled the digitization of large-format plastic documents. After processing, these materials were transferred to OZO Ostrava s.r.o. for further processing.

Among other things, OZO Ostrava s.r.o. uses suitable waste in the production of solid alternative fuels. These fuels can then serve as a substitute for bituminous coal, for example, in cement production.

In practice, digitization helps companies:

  • reduce the volume of physical archives
  • limit the number of printed documents
  • speed up information processing
  • securely process even non-standard documentation
  • manage materials more responsibly after digitization

At Z + M GROUP, we view digitization as a practical tool for organizing documents, streamlining business processes, and managing resources more efficiently.
