Who is Z + M GROUP already helping with the digitization of business processes?

The digitization of business processes isn’t just about technology. What matters most is that the solution works in real-world operations, integrates seamlessly with existing systems, and truly relieves people of manual administrative tasks.

We help companies across various industries with document digitization, data extraction, and the automation of approval processes through the Team Assistant platform.

For manufacturing and industrial companies, we provide automated extraction and approval of incoming invoices, including integration with ERP and accounting systems.

The module for received invoices is deployed, for example, at companies such as MATERIÁLOVÝ A METALURGICKÝ VÝZKUM s.r.o. and Palírna U Zeleného stromu, where it helps speed up document processing and reduce the administrative burden on finance teams.

For companies in the service and administrative sectors, we digitize the processing of contracts, proposals, and other internal documents, including the management of approval processes.

The contracts module is used, for example, by Ostravské komunikace, a.s., where it serves as a central tool for managing documents and processes across the organization.

In addition to deploying the platform, we also carry out large-scale document scanning and indexing projects to prepare data for further processing, searching, and use in downstream tools.

We also collaborate with technology partners on these projects. One of our international partners is Capgemini, with whom we collaborate on delivering business process outsourcing services.

We also have experience with digitizing and extracting data from documents for Pfizer, as well as processing technical documentation and manuals as part of projects for engineering companies.
